Alectra is committed to treating all individuals in a way that allows them to maintain their dignity and independence.  Alectra believes in the principles of integration and equal opportunity and is committed to creating a barrier-free environment by identifying, removing and preventing barriers that may limit persons with disabilities.

Accessibility Documents 

Our Multi-Year Accessibility Plan outlines the policies/procedures, achievements and actions that Alectra has previously put in place or will put in place to improve opportunities for people with disabilities as outlined in the Integrated Accessibility Standard Regulations (IASR) including: Customer Service, Information and Communications, Employment and the Design of Public Spaces. The Alectra Utilities 2020 Accessibility Compliance Report was filed with the Government of Ontario on June 25, 2021. 

Alectra has created policy and procedures to meet our obligations as outlined in the Integrated Accessibility Standard Regulations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005.  These documents are available in multiple formats upon request.

Alectra Utilities Holiday Office Hours

Happy Holidays! Alectra Utilities offices will be closed in observance of the Christmas and New Year’s statutory holidays. 

Our holiday hours of operation are as follows: 

  • Tuesday, December 24, 2024: 8:30 a.m to 12:00 p.m. 
  • Wednesday, December 25, 2024: Closed 
  • Thursday, December 26, 2024: Closed 
  • Tuesday, December 31, 2024: 8:30 a.m to 12:00 p.m. 
  • Wednesday, January 1, 2025: Closed 

Regular office hours resume on Thursday, January 2, 2025.
