Water and Wastewater/Stormwater Billing Rates

Alectra Utilities invoices water, wastewater, and stormwater charges on behalf of the cities of Guelph, Hamilton, Markham and Vaughan for their water use. Each city sets its water, wastewater, and stormwater rates. Alectra charges customers based on their location and water use.

Alectra Utilities Holiday Office Hours

Happy Holidays! Alectra Utilities offices will be closed in observance of the Christmas and New Year’s statutory holidays. 

Our holiday hours of operation are as follows: 

  • Tuesday, December 24, 2024: 8:30 a.m to 12:00 p.m. 
  • Wednesday, December 25, 2024: Closed 
  • Thursday, December 26, 2024: Closed 
  • Tuesday, December 31, 2024: 8:30 a.m to 12:00 p.m. 
  • Wednesday, January 1, 2025: Closed 

Regular office hours resume on Thursday, January 2, 2025.
